Please note that due to the unique nature of our Crinkle™ fabric, items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective hygiene strips remain firmly attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
